Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

One graham crust (premade)
One can cherry pie filling, separated
1/2 cup melted chocolate

Cheese Cake:
1 pkg softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp white sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cheese cake instructions: In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and egg until smooth. Stir in vanilla and white sugar. 

Pour cheese cake in prepared graham crust.  Bake 55 minutes at 375°F. Insert knife in center to see if set. Remove from oven. Pierce top of pie with 1/4-inch skewer. While still hot, gently spread a thin layer of pie filling without the cherries to holes, do not add cherries. Set the rest of the pie filling aside for later. Cool pie. When pie is cool refrigerate two hours. Now spread the remainder of the pie filling with the cherries.  Drizzle the melted chocolate with a fork in a criss-cross pattern on top of pie. Refrigerate until set.

Note: 
Preferably make this the day before but try not to eat it for breakfast. 
To serve, cut in small slivers. You can decorate with more chocolate drizzle.
