Sweet & Sour Fish Bites

Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

5 tablespoons tomato sauce

5 tablespoons plum sauce

1 tsp chili peppers

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions 

Bring to boil, then simmer.

Add fried fish, recipe below. Coat fish with sauce. Serve

Fried fish

Ingredients 

12 oz firm fish - cut in cubes

Wash fish and pat dry

Rice flour (or cornstarch)

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Oil

Butter

Instructions 

Roll fish in flour.

Fry in 1/2 oil and 1/2 butter until crispy.

Add to warm sweet and sour sauce and serve.
