Serves 4
Easy to make without alot of ingredients. To make a fuller meal serve with cooked chicken breast, shrimps or white beans and a salad.

Ingredients
8 ounces pasta, spaghetti or rigatoni are a good choice
1 lbs or 2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
4 large garlic cloves, sliced very thin
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 1/2 cups cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In large pan saute garlic in olive oil then take out of pan and set aside. Add zucchini to frying and add salt and pepper to taste. Saute zucchini until soft. Once zucchini is cooked slowly add cream to zucchini. Once cream is hot add parmesan cheese and garlic . Stir. Meanwhile cook pasta and drain. Stir in pasta to creamed zucchini sauce. Add water if needed. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
Hints:
Garnish with cheese on top.
Can be frozen and warmed in the microwave.
If the zucchinis are large, cut the slices in half, half slices.
Substitute cream with sour cream.
