Easy Fish Soup

A tasty dairy free soup. Great alnernative to fish chowder.

Easy Fish Soup
Ingredients 
4 1/2 cups cold water
2 cubes chicken bouillon 
2 tsp parsley 
1/8 tsp thyme, or 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme
1/8 to 1/4 tsp dried dillweed or 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill leaves
One bay leaf 
1/2 tsp salt 
2 medium potatoes, cut in cubes 
2 stalks of celery with leaves coarsely, chopped
4 flakey white fish fillet,  cut in cubes

Instructions 
Add all ingredients to cold water and cover pot. Bring to a hard boil and boil hard until vegetables and fish are cooked, approximately 20 minutes. Serve with a bun.

Substitution:
Replace water and bouillon cubes with chicken broth.

Tip to reduce the smell of fish in the house:
Add 2 parts water and one part vinegar to a small pot. Add a few cloves. Bring water to a boil and continue boiling for 10 minutes.
