Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
Dash of Cinnamon
1/4 - 1/3 cup quick oatmeal
1/4-1/2 cup milk
dash of brown sugar
Instructions
Place all ingredients in bowl and stir. Let sit a few minutes until oatmeal adsorbs milk. Serve immediately.
Variations: Replace banana with one small shredded apple. Use yogurt and let sit overnight.
