Ingredients
1 red or green kohlrabi, peeled and shredded
1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp ground pepper, or to taste
Ingredients
Add ingredients to a bowl and stir. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. This salad keeps for one or two days.
