Carrots Julienne

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

2 cups of carrots, cut in julienne strips
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
Pepper

Instructions
Combine carrots, butter and water in saucepan. Cover tightly and cook over moderate heat for 7 minutes. Shake pan often. Sprinkle with pepper.
