Ingredients1 celery stalk
1 tomato
1 cucumber
Lemon wedge
Black Pepper
Fresh parsley
1/2 cup cooked tuna
Instructions
Cut up celery, tomato, and cucumber in bite size pieces. Place vegetables in a salad bowl or a lunch plate. Squeeze lemon wedge on top of vegetables. Add a bit of pepper, fresh parsley and tuna on top. Makes a nice lunch.
