Ingredients
10 oz ground chicken
1/2 cup of chopped onions
2 cups of cottage cheese
4 ounces of uncooked noodles
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup chopped canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In large skillet fry ground chicken and chopped onions for 4 minutes. Reduce heat.
Spread cottage cheese on top of meat, then spread uncooked noodles.
Mix tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, pepper, garlic, oregano and parsley. Spread tomato mixture over noodles. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over tomato mixture.
Cover tightly and simmer 20-25 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with a salad.
