Fudge Cake


Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup cocoa
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup of hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except hot water and vanilla. Add hot water and vanilla. Stir.
Bake in an 8 X 12-inch pan at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Fudge cake cooling on rack.
