Deviled eggs

Makes 12 halves

A classic recipe.
Ingredients
6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish, such as chopped chives, minced parsley or paprika

Instructions
Shell 6 hard cooked eggs. Carefully slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks and place in small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Fill each hollow egg white with egg yolk mixture. Garnish with chopped chives, minced parsley or paprika.
