Makes 12-24 balls
A nice quick and healthy snack.

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup flax meal
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix and roll into balls. Freeze for when needed.
Notes
Can substitute ingredients ie. flax for 1/4 unsweetened coconut and 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips.
I double the recipe and spread in pan. Then cut it into bite sizes pieces.
