16 Servings Makes 2 tea rings Agnes Swedish Tea Ring Ingredients 1 1/4 cups milk 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 1/4 cup white sugar 3/4 tsp salt 3 2/3 cups white flour 1 1/4 tsp yeast Filling : 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup brown sugar 2/3 cups raisins or mixed dried fruit Topping 16 cherries 16 walnuts halves Instructions Measure ingredients in order listed into baking pan, or according to your bread machine. Insert baking pan into oven chamber, twist to secure. Close lid. Select dough/pasta setting. Press start When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine. Divide dough in half. Roll each half into a rectangle 14x 9 inches. Spread each half with the butter and sprinkle with half brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up, beginning at wide side. Charlotte Ingredients 1 cup butter or margarine ¼ cup icing sugar 2 cups flour, sifted 1 cup of almonds, chopped in small pieces ¼ tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 36 cherries Instructions Mix ingredients except cherries.
